Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (“TSRP”)

The Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (“TSRP”) develops and provides training, for prosecutors and law enforcement officers on traffic crimes with an emphasis on the effective prosecution of impaired driving cases.  The TSRP also provides technical and litigation assistance on traffic crimes.  

The TSRP responds to questions and feedback from law enforcement agencies with any eye toward improving investigation and prosecution of traffic crimes.  

Additionally, The TSRP is involved with providing education to the public through community outreach programs.
